When subscribing to Flamboree before 30th November 2008, the camp fee for one participant will be € 210,00 and for a staff member € 150,00. After having added all your detail to our database, you will receive an invoice asking you to transfer an advance into our account. The advance comes to € 70,00 per head for participants and € 50,00 per head for a staff member. This advance should be paid not later than 4 weeks after the reception of your invoice. Please do mention the reference number that is stated on your invoice. Your subscription will only be accepted after your payment and we will send you (the main contact of the federation) a letter to confirm. We strongly advise to collect all camp fees of your members and to make one collective bank transfer.
For the remaining amount, you or your federation will receive a final invoice from 15th January onwards. This amount should be paid not later than 4 weeks after the reception of the corresponding invoice.
Participants and staff members, subscribing after 30th November 2008 won’t have to pay an advance. An invoice with the final amount will be send to your federation from 15th January onwards. (Fees will be increased by € 10,00 per head)
Our organisation only accepts payments using international bank transfers. Due to organisational issues, we cannot accept cheque, credit card or cash payments. Possible additional bank charges can not be recovered from our organisation.
