Deelnemers is bezig met het uitdenken van het avondprogramma op de subkampen.
Logistiek is bezig met de grote arena die zal gebruikt worden voor het massaspel, de shows,...
Programma: Putting the sparkles in the adventure, and the surprise inside the Flamboree program.
Secretariaat is bezig met alle nationale en internationale inschrijvingen te verwerken.
Financiën is momenteel hard bezig met het opmaken van de voorschotfacturen en het opstellen van subsidieaanvragen.
Medewerkers is de tweede medewerkersactiviteit aan het ineendraaien.
Communicatie is deze website flink aan het bijwerken.
Animatie is bezig met het op punt zetten van het flamboreelied.
Voeding is het menu voor de groepen aan het opstellen.
... en nog veel meer natuurlijk.
Medewerkers Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen
Voordat Flamboree 2009 kan starten, moet er nog heel wat voorbereid worden! Dat gebeurt door vrijwilligers van Scouts en Gidsen Vlaanderen.
